I am a full time Peiec® Energy Medicine Practitioner, along-side my energy studies I have been a Practice Manager for a Chiropractic & Wellness Centre, up until recently when I resigned to pursue my real passion of my energy work business. When I’m not seeing clients for healing sessions, you can find me walking at the beach, or in the kitchen. I love to cook good quality, simple healthy food. The other place I have been spotted just once or twice, is our local Bunnings store. I love to garden and the call for a new plant is often too hard for me to resist. What I do in a nutshell: I help facilitate clients to release trauma, emotional & mental stress, anxiety, physical distress, pain or illness from their bodies. Shifting them into a space of calmness, peace, power and potential. Enabling clients to experience each day with a renewed sense of joy-fullness that can be profoundly life changing. • I have walked in your shoes, I am aware of how debilitating illness, anxiety, panic attacks, auto –immune issues etc. A series of traumatic life changing events left me struggling with severe anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia and auto-immune disease. I knew I needed to focus on healing self, before assisting anyone else with their healing. After trying everything and anything from psychologists, cognitive behaviour therapy to energy modalities, without receiving results she needed, I discovered peiec® healing and within in a short period of time, began to discover that my anxiety, panic attacks had disappeared and sleep & health had improved.

• Dragonflies, crystals and plants, you can never have enough.
• I love to read, but only books I am interested in! Generally anything energy, medical, spiritual, the more weird and off the wall (but has to be real) the better.
• Favourite colours are green and blue
• Favourite holiday destination Ubud, Bali. Love the culture, food and people.
• Favourite food is coconut, in any shape or form I’m all in.
