My beloved Arisa and I have a boutique private retreat venue in Tallebudgera, where we run day retreats for just 1 person or 1 couple at a time, with an option to stay in a private garden cottage for a night or two.

Our program, includes qigong, meditation, pilates, tarot and a yummy vegan lunch. Always we personalise the program to meet your unique needs on the day.
