In my 20’s my life looked “fine”… on the outside.
I was capable.
Responsible.
Doing all the things I thought I was supposed to do.
But inside, I felt quietly lost.
Disconnected from myself.
Unfulfilled.
And wondering how I could feel this empty when my life looked so “good.”
So I started changing my life.
I shifted my work.
My environment.
My relationships.
And it helped… for a while.
But what I didn’t understand back then was this:
I had only changed the outside of my life.
The internal patterns — my beliefs, my emotional wounds, my relationship with myself — were still running everything underneath.
And eventually, that caught up with me.
In 2017 I realised:
