Dr. Chong graduated from Monash University in 2009, qualified for a Diploma of Child Health in 2013 and obtained a fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2016.

He is experienced in all areas of General Practice, but has special interests in:
-Preventive health
-Chronic disease management
-Men's health
-Children's health
-Holistic patient-centered approach.

Dr Chong works from Monday - Friday and will Bulk Bill HCC, Children under 16 and Pension card Holders.

EXPERIENCED Medical Receptionist Required
We are seeking a medical receptionist to add to our beautiful team of staff. Our commitment is to all our staff and the patients and to excellence in care. Our requirements for this role are as follows:
About the role:
Have compassion and a heart for people
Part time role, 15-20 hours per week
Prior medical reception experience essential
Strong IT skills to work efficiently in a fully computerised environment (we currently use Best Practice, Pracsoft and MS Office)
Ability to multi-task and perform appropriately under pressure
Strong written and verbal communicative skills
High standard of presentation
Attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills
Flexibility in working hours and reliability
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments & take enquiries
Training is available for the right candidate. Please forward your CV/resume addressing the criteria above.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
Flexibility to cover annual leave and sick leave.
Ongoing training and support will be provided as required

Novavax is available for people 18 and over for first and second dose. Novavax is not currently approved for a booster vaccine.

The timing between the first and second dose of Novavax is 21 days .

Appointments are available from Friday 25 February for people 18 and over.

Staff at our practice are working extremely hard and doing their best to make sure patients are safe.

Over the last 18 months, the practice has been supporting the pandemic response and ensuring our patients are able to get their COVID-19 vaccinations, at the same time as continuing to deliver primary care services.

This has made our GP practice very busy and our staff have been working incredibly hard to keep services open for patients.

Whether your appointment is over the telephone, via an online video consultation, or face-to-face, patients will always receive the same high quality standard of care from our practice team.
