Our Story

Lume delivers Clinical Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Exercise Physiology, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Circuit and 1:1 private Pilates appointments.

An inclusive, forward-thinking and down to earth movement studio offering insightful and intelligent exercise. Small group training is our preferred style, giving each person the opportunity for individual guidance and modifications from the teacher.

Our studio boasts a wild mix of timber and metal, yoga mats and weights, reformers and indoor plants – we love it.

Lume Pilates and Movement is located on Gilles Street, in the leafy southern pocket of Adelaide CBD.
