It doesn't matter when or where you do it, as long as every now and again you do.
Take a moment, and guide you attention, gently to your breath, one breath at a time.
If you want, come and join us tomorrow, Monday 25th as we breathe together at the Urunga Neighbourhood Centre 5pm for about an hour, slowing our breathing down and noticing how our entire nervous system is responding with a sigh.
