Monday 20th 5:30pm we meet, connect and breathe together for about an hour. Developing our relationship with our attention through mindful practice. Benefits? join us and discover for yourself. some Yoga mats are available but if you have one, bring it along with a shawl or something warm, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to look after yourself, in a friendly and safe environment.

A new year often arrives with plans, pressure, and momentum.
This space offers something quieter.
We’ll begin with breath, not to change it or calm ourselves down, but to notice what’s already here. From there, we gently explore body sensations, the movement of the mind, and whatever emotions are present.
Nothing to get right, or fix.
Nothing to achieve.
Just a place to arrive and return.

Welcome to Breathe with Alon

You don’t need any prior experience, flexibility, or particular beliefs. Just a willingness to pause.
Sessions are held weekly, on Monday 5:30pm in Urunga. Details are shared here on the page. You’re welcome to join whenever it feels right for you.

We begin with light movement to settle the body, followed by simple mindfulness practices that supports our attention.
The session finishes with guided relaxation, inviting deep rest and a sense of wellbeing beyond everyday mental noise.
No experience needed.
No pressure to perform.
Just time to arrive back into yourself.
Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• A shawl or blanket
• A bottle of water
