Boab Yoga Alissa Rogers, Hatha Yoga teacher is a Yoga Australia Level 2 Practioner who loves sharing her yoga path with others.

Her classes are uniquely suited to the students abilities to maximse personal growth, strenghten, balance and find community. Bend the body and still the mind through a series of Yoga postures designed to promote flexibility, maintain muscle condition and give you more energy. Classes available for all abilities and interests including kids, pregnancy, over 50's, fitness fanatics or stressed out individuals.
