Looking to start or reconnect with your yoga practice?

Term 2 Yoga classes at Valentine Hall and Lakelands Hall recommence on Monday 29 April at 6.15pm and Friday 3 May at 9am.

Valentine Yoga is a General Hatha class suited to those just beginning on their yoga journey or seasoned practitioners who enjoy incorporating all aspects of yoga into there practice.

Lakelands Yoga is a more gentle class which still includes all aspects of yoga but set to a slower pace supported with props.

Term Memberships are available at $180- for a 10 week term or coma along on a casual basis for $22- a class.

Lakelands & Valentine classes returning from this week!

Term memberships, double class and casual class passes will be available. Prices will remain the same as last year.

1. Monday night General Hatha @ Valentine 6.15PM
o Term will run from Monday 30 January to April 3
o Term Membership – one class per week $180-
