在超長距離跑步運動中，運動員常常挑戰人類的極限。但在最近於威爾斯舉行的一場 100 公里比賽中，一位跑者將這一極限提升到了一個新的高度。來自加拿大的新手媽媽跑者 Stephanie Case，在充滿挑戰的 Ultra-Trail Snowdonia by UTMB 賽道上，於三個地點停下來給她 6 個月大的女兒餵奶的同時，她不僅完成了比賽，更勇奪女子組冠軍。

各位媽媽好，對不起，消失了一段日子，原因是我已經在新的地方開始了我新的工作！雖然我人不在香港，但係若果有任何餵母乳嘅問題，亦可以透過Zoom作consultation.
