Post-Treatment Care 🤍

Just had a skin treatment? Here’s how to keep your skin glowing and healing in the days after!

For the next 3-5 days, remember to:

💧 Keep it simple with a gentle cleanse, hydrating moisturizer, and SPF.
🔥 No heat for 48 hours—avoid saunas, steam rooms, or anything too hot.
🚫 No gym for 48 hours to prevent any unnecessary pressure on your skin and risk of hyperpigmentation
🌞 Be cautious of sun exposure! Protect your skin with SPF, and avoid direct sunlight when possible. Wear a hat!
🛌 Wash your sheets or at least put a new pillowcase slip on

Rest! Your skin will thank you for it xx
