You’re not alone! Many of our small group PT members have had experience lifting weights and doing “gym things” in the past, but have found that they really thrive with the added accountability & structure of small group PT. 👌🏽

No more just showing up to the gym and just “wingin’ it”. 😬 Instead, we followed a structured program including barbell strength lifts, muscle-building accessories, and quick cardio finishers. 🏋️‍♀️

With a max of 4 members per session, we give you the individualised coaching, accountability, and support you need to thrive and reach your fitness goals! 🙌🏼

Physiotherapy is work. Hard work.

Because only after putting in the work doing the right things are you going to get better.

I can’t tell you how many times people have said “I didn’t think I’d work this hard at Physiotherapy”.

Because at Next Level, we don’t do passive treatments like massage, dry needling, etc.

We use exercise because it’s tried and tested as the only way you’re going to actually get better.

It’s impossible to stay motivated all 👏the👏time👏

It’s just not gonna happen. You usually feel super motivated at the start of a new goal, but the novelty soon wears out and life happens. 😳

The only thing that really works is creating a *routine* of new habits that help you toward your goals.

For example: teeth hygiene. 🦷 I don’t want any more cavities, so I’ve made it a habit to brush every night before bed.

Do I feel super motivated every night to brush my teeth? Hell no! I’d rather just collapse into bed! 😴

But I do it anyway because it’s just *what I do*. I didn’t come out of the womb motivated to keep my teeth clean by brushing, but I learnt how in early childhood and built the habit over years and years of repetition. ✅

Now, it’s just what I do. I brush my teeth every👏 single 👏 night 👏

Even when I’m not motivated. Even when I’m tired AF. Even when I fall asleep on the couch and don’t want to “wake up” by turning the lights on & brushing my teeth. 😂

This is the same thing with any other habit. You can’t be motivated all the time, but what you CAN do is put in the work even when you're not motivated.

Show up, day after day. Do the thing. 💪

The more you show yourself that you *can* do it even when you don’t feel like it, the easier it gets…

Until one day it’s just what you *do*. 💚
