Natural therapies and remedies are also a big passion of mine and I love supporting small/local business so I often suggest natural products that can assist with promoting healing.

What is meant to be will truly never pass you by
Whether the people, the places, the signs, the messages, the lessons, the ever winding twists and turns in one's life
We are always exactly where we are meant to be, receiving exactly the medicine we need
And although that has its moments of being a roller coaster too
I feel lately I've been wanting to share in the good memories and exciting things that happen to me on the daily
Because once you start receiving signs and understanding the msgs often even the harder days have moments of magic in them

What even is happening this week!
I made this video yesterday afternoon after meeting an incredible woman, we were so in Synchronicity and she had been asking for a sign and there I was! I can't tell you how many time sin my life this has happened since I opened my buisness 2.5yrs ago, 1 year after Freddie my first son was born!
Since the video I was blessed again and again and my partners even come home from work a week early on a big week for me where I sent out prayers to the Universe asking for support
Prayers answered!
Manifested in a few days 💞🥰🤗🫶🙌💫💛
When you learn how to be in alignment & manifest, there's nothing like it!
The people I've messaged and connected with the last week also so in alignment, even today! Incredible

Last year's the Libra New Moon 🌙 brought me the pregnancy with Charlie, seemed like my world 🌎 turned a bit upside down especially with a redundancy in the mix for our fam but now I get it, the year has been turbulent but transformational and also FILLED WITH INCREDIBLE PEOPLE & MAGICK
IM HERE FOR IT!
Transformation is my super power ~ this is all coming to me now as I write it, not pre planned, pregnancy posted, true authenticity
Letting go of all I don't deserve and brining in all that I deserve as my birth right, remembering Nd attracting those working in alignment with self and their true purpose
I will be coaching others in this space in the new year ✨️

Mercury Retrograde what is it?!
Mercury is already retrograde if you ask me!
Officially its not in the pre shadow period until 21st Oct but I am already seeing all the faults.
I was a couple mins late to yoga this morning, my friends car officially died, the printer stopped working, emails going awry & the running late atm is never ending
What's with that? Who else is noticing it⚡️

So what is mercury retrograde and what is it asking us to do?
Mercury retrograde happens 4 times a year and it forces us to slow down
It asks us to pause and uses words with
RE, such as
💛Re think
💚Re view
💛Re flect
💚Re organise
And Review, Re evaluate .... etc

It is a sacred time but this last 1 is in the busiest season which makes it extra tricky

Especially for us Mums and the good old mum guilt
Even I'm guilty too
Afterall we are human
So please cut yourself some slack this week and for the next short time period until Dec 16th
And even then remember it's Christmas but it'd still ok to pause
In fact it'll be time to really reflect what you did in mercury retrograde and action it in your life so that you can feel really aligned

Right near the end of the year as we begin to slowly move towards the last couple months of the Snake 🐍 year, the year of 2025= 9
Which is all about beginnings and endings

Pink is the colour of the heart chakra, alongside Green
Also known as Anahatha Chakra

For me, Pink and often Green is also the colour of my inner child in its happiest form.

It took me a LONG time in my adulthood to understand why I no longer liked pink and colour in general.
I started working on my inner child around 5yeaes ago when I moved here to WA from Melbourne and Alot has changed!

As a teenager, my mother told me, when I was a young child if I wore any other colour than pink I would have a tantrum and I never understood until I began to work on my heart chakra.

The way I view colour is very different to most people and I live in colour daily, by wearing it, feeling it, eating it and in many other ways.
