I had a private yoga session at home today with Sachiko and it was such a wonderful experience. From the very beginning she was incredibly attentive, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable.

She explained everything so well and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session.

The class was perfectly paced and so relaxing, that by the end I was almost falling asleep! 😆 It was exactly what I needed.

I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a personalised, calming, and professional yoga experience. Thank you again!

When was the last time you experienced true relaxation?

In daily life, we often misunderstand what relaxation really means.

It is not simply sitting by the beach, trying to force yourself to relax.

It is not eating cake with a warm cup of tea.

It is not even going on one kind of holiday while chasing the cycle of desire — eat, drink, play, sleep, and repeat.

These moments may bring pleasure, but pleasure is not the same as peace.

True relaxation begins when the body no longer resists the present moment, when the nervous system softens, and when the mind stops wandering between the past and the future.

In that quiet space, nothing needs to be added, and nothing needs to be taken away.

The body rests.
The mind settles.
And for a moment, life is simply allowed to be.⁡
