Begin your day outdoors, practicing beneath the trees on the lawn as gentle, mindful movement awakens the body and settles the mind.
Surrounded by fresh air and natural light, this morning practice weaves soft stretching, breath awareness, and flowing postures to encourage Chi (energy) to move freely through the body.
As the sun rises through the leaves, feel your energy lift, your feet root into the earth, and your intentions for the day gently align. Suitable for all levels, this beautiful outdoor session offers a nourishing start to the morning.
