-Clinic Opening Hours-

Clinic hours are generally 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

I am a mum of 4, and my husband and I run a few different businesses, so occasionally these hours may shift. I have created space in my mornings for my own routine and personal health, because I want to practice what I preach, and to support not only my longevity, but the longevity of the services I offer.

If there are no clients booked in, I may close for the day or step out for family or other business commitments.

Healthy boundaries create sustainable care.

So I’m being transparent.
