During Spring, we’re exploring the Wood element through movement, breath and cultivating flexibility through stillness.
The Wood element embodies growth, vision and the unstoppable energy of Spring. It represents new beginnings and a desire to create.
In traditional Chinese medicine, the Wood element is linked to the liver and gallbladder, the tendons and joints When in balance, Wood supports growth; creativity and leadership. When out of balance, it can manifest as frustration, stagnation, or misdirected anger.
Join me in yin yoga to release frustration and anger and invite in creativity and a fresh start.
