Warwick Equine Vets is a dedicated equine veterinary practice providing high quality care to horses in the Southern Downs region. We are committed to delivering exceptional veterinary services, combining expertise with a compassionate approach to horse health and welfare.
We are seeking a highly organised Administrative Officer to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients, managing queries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients.
โข Schedule appointments and coordinate veterinary visits efficiently.
โข Manage administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the practice.
โข Utilise office equipment and management software with confidence (training provided on our industry-specific software).
โข Problem solve and adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment.
๐๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐:
* Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Experience in or knowledge of the equine and/or veterinary industry is essential.
* A genuine interest in animals and horses would be highly recommended.
