Case report: this patient called me on 30/11/2021, the patient was tested positive. I missed a call due to busy clinic work. The patient left the message. I called back later and did Telehealth consultation. I sent three doses of herbs to the mailbox in the evening after my clinic work. In 3/12/2022, the patient reported significantly improved. I sent five more doses in the afternoon. The patient reported test negative on 5/12/2021.

In the two weeks treatment period, we used One acupuncture session per week and two weeks of Chinese herbal medicine daily. The Bell’s palsy symptoms (facial paralysis) are all significantly improved.
