🌼 A beautiful day of community & connection! 🌼

Last Saturday, Dr Mark and Dr Yota were honoured to visit the Gurdwara Sahib Sikh Temple in Blackburn as part of the Whitehorse Seniors Festival, where over 150 attendees came together to celebrate culture, connection and positive ageing 🙌

We were warmly welcomed by our generous host Sumeet and the wonderful Sikh community, who shared their traditions, stories and a tour of the temple and incredible industrial kitchen where hundreds of meals are served to the community 🥘 ✨️

What a wonderful experience and a reminder of the power of kindness, cultural exchange and great food of course! 🧡
