Many of you may know that I recently had a bit of a fall. I was incredibly lucky that the injuries weren’t more serious, but I still did enough damage. Because of the injuries to my mouth and face, I couldn’t lie face down, and my neck and head were extremely sore.

I asked Joanna if she thought Reflexology might help. Her response was immediate… “Absolutely.”

As luck would have it, there was a cancellation that week, so I booked in.

Even though I know how beneficial reflexology can be, I was honestly blown away by the immediate results I experienced. The relief in my neck and head was incredible.
