As mother's or soon to become parents, we know that life is filled with wonderful moments and challenging one's too.
The gorgeous little one within her is safe, thriving and completely connected to his or her mother's emotional state. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
Our babies first trauma is generally formed in utero.
His or her first little emotional trauma depends on mums security within herself and the little ones spine has his or her first Imprint.
