Georgia and Noami went head-to-head in a debate with physiotherapists last week, diving into a controversial question:

“Is manual therapy now officially a dinosaur?”

✨ Team Manual: Advocated for touch, connection, and hands-on clinical reasoning.
💥 Team Exercise: Argued for long-term outcomes, autonomy, and movement-based rehab.

Spoiler: No tables were flipped… but a few minds might have been. 🧠💣
