Will my lower back pain just go away on its own???……

Unfortunately in most cases we know now that this is not the case….

A study in the British Medical Journal found that in 75% of cases people who experienced acute onset lower back pain still had their symptoms 12 months later.

This research paper supports the importance of early intervention and appropriate management to correct the underlying issue and preventing these from becoming chronic problems.

Last week Dr Michael was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to host a workshop for both Rotary Victor Harbor and the Victor Harbor Joe Dispenza Book Club.

We thoroughly enjoyed both evenings and received some great feedback from all involved.
