Goodbye & good luck Amber!

We recently said farewell to Amber, who has been an integral part of our clinic for over two years as an Allied Health Assistant (AHA).

Amber has now been snapped up by Minda, where she will step into a new role as an Exercise Physiologist (EP) once she completes her studies later this year. While we are sad to see her go, we are incredibly proud of all she has achieved and excited for what lies ahead.

Amber brought warmth, dedication, and professionalism to our team, and her presence will be missed. We are grateful for the time she spent with us and the impact she made during her time here.

All the best in your next chapter, Amber – Minda is lucky to have you!

A Passion for People and Movement

Meet Ashlyn Menz, one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists.

Ash brings a unique blend of local heart and global perspective to her role as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Exercise Physiology South.

With roots in the Riverland, Canada, and Victor Harbor, Ash joined our team after completing her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology early this year.

She is passionate about how movement supports not only physical health, but also mental and social wellbeing.

“I love hearing the stories from our clients, and also learning more about them.”

With special interests in neurological conditions and women’s health, Ash brings a caring, curious, and energetic presence to every session.

And when she’s not in the clinic? You’ll find her walking the coast, planning her next travel adventure - or enjoying a cuppa at a local café.

Come meet Ash and start your journey with a personalised plan. Call 0455 335 655 to book an assessment or to find out more.

Spring has arrived on the Fleurieu!

Now is the perfect time to prepare your body for gardening, walking trails, or outdoor summer sports.

Our team at Exercise Physiology South offers safe, personalised programs to help you build strength and mobility for the activities you love.

Before you start your movement program our Accredited Exercise Physiologist will conduct a thorough assessment of your mobility, health history and your goals, so we can provide you with your own exercise and movement prescription.

We’ll then closely monitor and adapt your program, so you stay on track and avoid injury.
