Mondays don’t need to begin in a rush.

Slow Flow is a gentle, moving practice that begins with intention and carries that awareness through each transition. A chance to create fluidity in the joints, space in the breath, and steadiness in the mind.

We move continuously, but without urgency.
Strength without force.
Flow without hurry.

It’s an invitation to meet the week with presence rather than momentum.

This Saturday morning, The Joyful Path is hosting a special yoga class taught by Peta.

Often Valentines day focuses on connection with others.
Staying present in connection, starts with how we meet ourselves. This class will bring attention back to body and breath creating space to meet the day from a steady, open place.

The Heart Practice builds warmth and steadiness, then gently opens the chest and expands the breath. Guided by Peta’s background in dance and movement, the class weaves strong, flowing sequences with supported heart focused postures, music, and brief moments of poetry.
