☎️🖥📱 WE ARE HIRING 🖥📱☎️

We are looking for a fantastic Receptionist to join our friendly team at Archer St Physiotherapy Centre, Carlisle.

The position is permanent casual, one day a week and involves -
- front desk duties
- greeting and liaising with patients
- taking payments
- making bookings
- social media management

Prerequisites:
- Be available every Thursday 8am - 3pm (flexible hours)
- Be able to cover additional hours during our Practice Manager’s annual/sick leave
- Specifically able to cover 3-4 weeks annual leave ~March/April 2024
- Be proficient at Social Media usage (Instagram and Facebook)
- Be active within the Town of Vic Park Community; knowledgeable of local events, initiatives and goings on
- A resident of the Town of Vic Park community is highly encouraged 😊
- Previous use of medical practice management software advantageous
