David came back from a big knee injury, stayed off the booze, dialled in his rehab and put in six months of focused training. He turned a setback into a statement.
And Ian….. Let’s just say redemption tastes sweet. After a silly timing chip drama last time, he came back with a vengeance. Months of solid work and a 10 minute PB to show for it.

Nadia's journey before BOLT wasn’t always smooth sailing - consistency wasn't her strong suit, especially when it came to training and nutrition.
However, after discovering our facility, supportive community and top-notch coaches she's made a complete 180.
Nadia's grown to love working out, lifting heavy and has even become a regular at our morning sessions. No more last-minute cancellations
Her newfound consistency has paid off, helping her drop over 7+ KGs of body fat and get stronger in the process.

We are incredibly proud of this one 💕
Chelsea joined us in Feb 2025 after realising she needed an extra push.
“I had a one on one chat session with Coach Dave to talk about nutrition and get a better understanding about calorie deficit. Highly recommend doing that if you want to get the most of your food and workouts!
At the start of each month I get a body scan to track my progress to see how I’m going and after 4 months I can finally say I’ve had an amazing scan, total fat is down, muscle is up and everything else is great”

Our extensive list of sessions includes:
STRONG where each member is encouraged to push to their limits. In a carefully moniotred session, we ensure you are ‘lifting’ and ‘executing’ each exercise effectively. The weight, sets and reps is recorded to ensure the next session in progressed. Improved strength, increased muscle size and tone.
‘CONDITIONING where cardio meets bodyweight and lightweight exercises. These are our signature HIIT sessions. Whilst monitoring your heart rate on our TV’s (if you would liek to wear it), we work your whole body in short bursts. Maximimum Calorie Burn, Fat Loss and Improved Fitness.
‘BOXING’ a great way to elevate your heart rate without needing to step into the ring. Our Bespoke Boxing studio incorporates Boxing, Bike and Bodyweight exercises to give you an all-over body workout that is guaranteed to get the sweat dripping. Minimum Time, Maximum Effectiveness.
