Super easy, low cal, high protein and my kids eat them. Also great for meal prep. 

3. Parmesan Crumbed Baked Chicken

Add salad or steamed veggies to make a meal. Great serve of protein, super easy to whip up in oven or air fryer. Bonus: kid approved.

4. Black Bean Stew, Pumpkin Dip & Quinoa Meal Prep

It’s a vegan meal prep, very tasty, packed with protein, over 60g per serving.

6. Homemade Version of Varisty Chicken Taco Bowl

7. Bibimbap (Korean Rice Bowl)

Easy to make ahead and simple to adjust to diets of different household members. I can have slightly less rice and more mince. I also like that you get a rainbow of veggies and a bunch of flavour!

8. High Protein Chicken Pesto Wrap Parcels

These are bomb, you can make a batch of the filling to do few days lunches.

9. Palak Paneer (Indian Spinach Curry with Cheese)

I like it because it packs a lot of flavour while being sneakily very healthy. Its easy to make and left overs freeze so well.

10. Baked Eggs with Mushrooms (Shirred Eggs)

I have made these and they are sooo delicious. I’ve added salmon too.

11. Sheet Pan Chicken and Cauliflower

I like it is because it sounds tasty, it’s quick and effortless, can be bulk cooked to have for lunches too. Also like that you don’t need to add rice or pasta to make it fulfilling.

12. Chocolate Berry Mousse Bowl
I made this the other day, I have a weakness for snacking after dinner, they are also high protein.

Well done on some incredible results and congratulations 🥳 we couldn’t be more proud of what you’ve achieved!

“After 2.5yrs of serious health issues, I’d put on a lot of weight and lost fitness, due to inactivity, medication and stress.

As of April this year, I decided to turn things around by consistently attending BOLT six times a week; adding additional cardio sessions, like long walks; and using MyFitness Pal to ensure a large calorie deficit.

I’m loving fitting back into my clothes, having more energy and noticing I’m stronger and fitter in BOLT sessions. The positive comments and compliments are really rewarding.

In 7 months, I have lost 16kg of Body Fat; and lost 14% Body Fat Percentage, finally achieving my goal of 20% Body Fat. By ensuring high levels of daily protein, I have maintained Skeletal Muscle Mass over 37kg.

🎄Here are 5 simple kettlebell movements to keep you strong over the Christmas break🎄:

1️⃣ Upright Row
Targets shoulders and upper back. Keep the kettlebell close to your body and lift with control.

2️⃣ Kettlebell Swing
A powerful calorie-burner. Drive through the hips, not the arms - explosive but controlled.

3️⃣ Goblet Squat
Great for legs and core. Hold the kettlebell tight to your chest and sit deep into the movement.

4️⃣ Single-Arm Thruster
Full-body strength and conditioning. Squat → press overhead → switch sides.

5️⃣ Russian Twist
Perfect finisher for the core. Keep your chest proud and twist through the torso, not just the arms.

Quick Tip: Do 8-12 reps of each exercise, 3-4 sets with 30-45 seconds between each set.

A massive congratulations to on his amazing results!
Here’s what he had to say about it:

“Over the past year I’ve made steady improvements across all major health markers. I’ve lost around 7 kg and feel much lighter, fitter and more confident. My body fat percentage has dropped from 27.6% to 23.3% and my body fat mass has reduced from 23.6 kg to 18.5 kg, which shows clear fat-loss progress.

My skeletal muscle mass has stayed relatively consistent throughout the year, now sitting at 34.8 kg, which I’m happy with - especially while being in a calorie deficit. This shows that the strength-focused sessions at BOLT are helping me maintain muscle while losing fat.

I feel lighter, more energetic, and mentally clearer. Each workout at BOLT gives me a real sense of accomplishment and the positive environment makes a huge difference.

Training with a friend isn’t just “more fun”… it’s one of the biggest performance boosts you can give yourself.
A good training partner keeps you consistent, pushes your pace, calls you out (in a good way) and reminds you what you’re capable of on the days you forget.

Some sessions you’re the strong one.
Some sessions they’re the strong one.
But together? You show up harder, lift more, run faster and stay committed longer.
