After years of gaining experience in first aid while working in the disabilities sector, I began teaching it to children. To take this a step further, I pursued a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, enabling me to formally train adults in first aid. Once I achieved this qualification, I combined my knowledge and experience to create Lifesaving Hands. My mission is to instill confidence in p
eople when faced with emergencies. That's why I offer first aid training in both accredited and non-accredited formats, catering to everyone—children, adults, and individuals with disabilities. With a deep love for pets, I also trained in dog first aid and eloped the Dog Emergency Awareness Program which equips dog owners with the essential skills and confidence to handle their pets during emergencies. To bring a creative twist to the business, I incorporated my passion for crafting. This gave rise to Lifesaving Hands' Creative Corner, where I specialize in custom-made 3D pet paper portraits (Papertole Art), macramé keyrings and bag charms, framed dolls, and other unique home décor items. I also host craft workshops tailored to enthusiasts of all ages, blending fun and creativity. In a nutshell, Lifesaving Hands delivers a unique approach to first aid and creative endeavors.
