I'm back!!

Thanks to all my wonderful clients for your understanding and well wishes when I had to pop down to Sydney at short notice to support my daughter.

You can see here it worked :) and I managed to put a smile back on her face.

My mum-mission was to deliver comfort and sort the behind the scenes stuff (cooking, cleaning, shopping, dog walking, life admin, gardening, fixing etc) so she could drop her bundle for a while, process some deep grief, and get back into creating a soul-aligned body of work.

These are just a few of the highlights, including street art, gorgeous doggos, delicious fancy dinner, pretty flowers, and wonderful people.

My heart is full 💓 and my being is satisfied 🥰

My Clinic is CLOSED for this week.

Sometimes our kids still just need mum hugs even when they're grown💗

So, I've flown to Sydney to be with my older daughter while she's going through some tough stuff.

In the meantime I'm still available for online sessions of Root Cause Therapy, Pellowah, Reiki and Land & Property Healings ✨️

I'm very grateful for the flexibility that self-employment (and my supportive husband) provides in situations like this, and also truly grateful for the well wishes from my very understanding clients who have all happily rescheduled.

It was a lovely and informative evening last night hosting Dr Dianne Cartwright for a Meet the Author event. We had to run 2 sessions as it was so popular!

And, although I'm an Environmental Scientist and ❤️ the complicated stuff, it's actually all been set out as an easily understandable and accessible read for everybody.

Reading through the book myself,
I've been reminded of many instances I have experienced and continue to do so on a regular basis! What if there's a completely normal explanation and it's all part of being human :)
