Gym & Allied Health Centre Movement 4 Health are a team of experienced Exercise Physiologist's accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia.

Through the use of evidence based exercise prescription, we can treat a number of chronic health conditions as well as goal specific personalised training. We offer patient centered treatment and believe that education is the best way to set our clients up for long term success, no matter what their goal.

Another Movember completed 🙌🏼

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our 12-hour Rowathon and to all who donated. Together, we raised $2,000 for Movember — supporting men’s mental health, su***de prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer awareness.
