Meet Ruth - 94 years young.

Ruth has been part of the M4H family for the last 2.5 years, showing us all what resilience, consistency, and a positive spirit look like.

Together, we’re managing her osteoporosis, glute tendinopathy, and hip bursitis, but that hasn’t stopped her from turning up and giving her best each and every session.

She’s living proof that age is just a number when it comes to moving better and feeling stronger.
