Great to finally launch the Post Partum Return to Play framework at the Women's Forum today. Fantastic presentation from highlighting the key points of the RTP process for those coming back to the game after childbirth. Thanks to Rebecca Eadie & Jasmine Collier who also helped to bring this project to live over the past 2 years!

Was great to present on behalf the Physio Advisory Group yesterday at the Physical Performance workshop. Also sharing the results of the Injury Surveilance Project which is now into its 3rd year looking at the injury profiles of the & BMD Premiership

I had heard & seen people talking about this Stoic stuff so I thought I would look into it. Well, on the 1st July, the day that started, I decided I would give journalling a go & started doing the journal. Now up to week 15 & going great!

What a fantastic few days down on the Gold Coast. First presenting the findings of the 2nd Annual Injury Surveillance Project at the Physical Performance Workshop then 2 days spent at the conference. So much great applied knowledge being shared over the 3 days

Caught up with many old friends as well as mentors from my early & not so early days from my 20 years in Pro sport.

Great to get Kassie started on her rehab back from knee surgery!

Great to have NBL1 Captain in yesterday to start her rehabilitation from her knee surgery. She is now 1 week post op & she is starting her Rehab using our .anz & .co Blood Flow Redtriction cuffs.
We will bring you highlights of her journey back to basketball for the 2023 .north season
