As most of you already know SPM is ceasing services. With a price freeze for plan managers over the last five years, the increasing workload the NDIS compliance team are placing on plan managers and the threat that in a few years plan management will no longer exist and all funds will be agency managed it is time for a new chapter in our lives. Please know that this was not an easy decision to make.
To allay some rumours out there, we are not closing the doors until all our participants have been informed and had time to transition to another PM.
To make this a smooth and easy process we have aligned with NDSP. If any of our participants wish to choose NDSP for plan management this will make your life really easy. We can ensure there is no gap in supports, no doubling up of payments and we will continue support until transitioned.
On behalf of our team it has been lovely supporting, meeting and talking to our clients over the past few years. We are all proud of the business we have built and the service we have provided. It has been a pleasure.
