And this happened this morning.... -
I'm sharing with the whole world that I have become a Level 1 Hot Yoga teacher with the Original Hot Yoga Association & my special little Jervis Bay Hot Yoga Studio is the first retreat centre in NSW to be affiliated to OHY association. Super proud, love my JB community & honoured to be able to share this life changing practice with everybody.

Grateful for all the kind words, love and appreciation I received over the last couple of months from the JB community. For the travellers hope to see you again one day either here or there on your mat. I’ve a big dream with a little studio and have loved every minute teaching and getting to know you.
