Adjust training loads gradually. Big jumps in volume or intensity don’t build resilience — they break it.

Be smart with your training — heat can increase dehydration, fatigue, injury risk, and recovery demands if not managed well.
The upside?
When used strategically, heat exposure can deliver training benefits. You may achieve physical gains with less overall training volume, as long as hydration, intensity, and recovery are well controlled.
Train smart. Adapt well. Recover better.
