🏋🏽‍♀️ Women’s Strength - Support through menopause with strength & bone health focus.
💛 Golden Girls - For women 65+, improving strength, heart health & balance.
♥️ Lungs in Action - In partnership with the Lung Foundation, supporting heart & lung health.
🩷CanMove - Safe, supportive exercise pre/during/post cancer treatment.

Another cyclist spotlight - this time a little closer to home - Sydney ✨

Sydney has just competed in the Tour of Ireland, proudly representing 🇮🇪

All of his hard work and dedication have paid off with some impressive race results and unforgettable experiences on the world stage. You’d be hard pressed to find a more committed and focused 17-year-old. Whatever Sydney sets his mind to, he gives it 110%! It’s been a joy to watch his success.

We are lucky to have Sydney as a weekly regular on the mat in our Pilates class. We are so proud of you and so grateful to be a small part of your journey.. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you! 💫

🚨 Spotted: Tadej Pogačar doing what looks suspiciously like a Pilates warm-up prior to dominating the hills in the 2025 Tour de France 🚲🇫🇷

Resistance band? ✅
Glute activation? ✅
Core switched on? ✅

Before conquering cols and crushing watts, Pogačar is out there doing lateral walks, hip bridges, and looking like he’s ready to teach a Pilates class.⁣

Cyclists (all athletes) take note* your power doesn’t just come from the quads - it starts with stability, control, and muscles that are readily activated.

✨ Pilates = performance ✨⁣

You don’t need a pro contract to warm up like a pro. You just need some bands, some breath, and someone who knows how to wake up your glutes (hi, it’s us 🙋🏽‍♀️).⁣

Our wonderful Kate is officially on maternity leave now as she and her partner Hamish get ready to welcome their little bundle of joy 🩷🩵

While we will miss Kate in the clinic we are so excited for this next chapter in their lives and can’t wait to hear all about their newest family members arrival.

We wish Kate a peaceful and joy-filled leave surrounded by love, support, and plenty of coffee! ☕💐

Winter workout motivation ❄️

When the weather cooling down, it’s easy to hit snooze, stay inside, and let your routine slip. But staying active during winter is so important for your physical and mental health.
Keeping moving in these cooler months:
✔️ Boosts your immune system
✔️ Keeps your energy and mood high
✔️ Helps you maintain strength, mobility, and motivation
✔️ Warms you up better than any blanket ever could!

Some things that may make it easier it keep moving this winter:
✔️ wear breathable layers that keep you warm but let sweat escape
✔️ your body needs extra time to get going in the cold
✔️ walk with a friend or join a group class
✔️ if it’s too wet or cold outside, take it indoors
✔️ movement is movement, even 10 mins counts!

You don’t need to go hard - you just need to go. Keep showing up for yourself this winter.
