Hi, I’m James, the Director and Plan Manager from First Avenue Plan Management. As an accountant and NDIS participant, I understand the challenges of the NDIS and finding the right Supports to align with your goals. We all know that NDIS can be confusing and daunting, but our committed team at First Avenue are here to help you navigate the system and get the most out of your funding. First Avenue

• pay providers
• increase your choice of providers
• get NDIS plan budget reports and greater budget oversight. Our team is passionate and prides itself on open and honest communication, prompt payments to providers with remittance advice, monthly statements and much more. The NDIA provides additional funding for Plan Management services, so it won’t impact your NDIS plan's funding (our out-of-pocket costs). We also offer self-management training to give you the skills and knowledge you need to take control of your NDIS plan.

More than Just a Job is a workshop focused on helping people with intellectual disability find meaningful employment.
The workshop will be held at Wagga City Library on Friday, 23rd August, from 10am to 2pm.
The workshop is free and catering will be provided.
Specifically designed for people with intellectual disability, offering them the chance to explore their skills and build confidence through topics like:

A recent NDIS review has recommended the removal of plan management. The recommendation is to introduce a digital payments platform and combine multiple support roles into one ‘system navigator’ role. This decision will directly affect Participants, forcing them to take on the additional administrative burden and reducing their support, regardless of their choice or capabilities. Plan management is about so much more than paying the bills and at First Avenue we strive on providing a service tailored to our participants. If you believe plan management has played a crucial role in your NDIS journey, we would appreciate your assistance in signing this petition to ensure the role of plan managers continues to remain a choice for Participants.
