NDIS providers must act swiftly to report and manage serious incidents.

Under NDIS legislation, registered providers must notify the Commission within 24 hours of first becoming aware of serious incidents connected to NDIS supports. This includes:

🚨 death or serious injury of a person with disability
🚨 abuse or neglect
🚨 unlawful sexual or physical contact, or assault
🚨 sexual misconduct against, or in the presence of, a person with disability.

These requirements also apply to alleged incidents.

Reports must fully document the incident and actions taken to protect the participant's safety and wellbeing. Submissions are made via the Registered Providers Portal: https://bit.ly/4jniWG2.

Delays in reporting or failure to notify the Commission can result in enforcement action including fines, banning orders, or other compliance measures.

For guidance on reportable incidents and provider obligations, visit https://bit.ly/4ai48UR.

Julie and Leanne didn't start Unleashed Futures because they saw a business opportunity.

They started it because they'd walked this path themselves and knew the community needed something better.

Between them, they bring over 44 years of combined lived experience in the disability and aged care sector.

They know what it's like to search for providers who never call back. To get conflicting advice from five different sources.

To feel like you're navigating this alone.

So they built what they wished had existed when they needed it.

Genuinely Riverina-based.

Quality providers who've been screened for reliability and genuine local presence.

Honest guidance with no kickbacks or conflicts of interest.

Founded out of a passion for helping and linking people in their community with different needs, to the right supports.

That's what drives this dynamic duo. Providing professional support that relieves clients and guides them towards a more fulfilling and inclusive life.

Everyone deserves to feel they belong and can contribute.

That's not just something we say - it's how we show up.

Our inclusive environment welcomes, respects, and values individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities.

We ensure accessibility, promote diversity and representation, and provide equitable opportunities for all.

Because it will always be about the people we work with, not the service provider.

Whether you're navigating NDIS, aged care, or looking for quality local supports, we're here to work with you. At your pace. On your terms. Focused on your goals.

That's what genuinely local, participant-led support looks like.
