The WELCOME project brought together adolescent artists from diverse cultural backgrounds to create street flags celebrating culture and identity. Launched to coincide with Refugee Week (15–21 June), the flags speak to the 2025 theme, "Finding Freedom: Diversity in Community."

Wagga Wagga’s main street will be adorned with flags to mark Refugee Week which runs from 15 – 21 June, celebrating cultural diversity, community harmony, and the tremendous value refugee community members bring to our city.

We recently had a beautiful girl's retreat day at the Empowered Empress. Thankyou so much to Nichole from the The Conscious Breath for the breathing session and Aromatouch hand massages and also to Mia Sahinovic for the morning yoga. What a great day connecting, creating and looking after ourselves. ✨🧘‍♀️

The STARTTS Wagga Wagga & Wagga Wagga City Library young adult's leadership group visited the Australian National University in Canberra on Monday. The group experienced what it is like to be a university student, visited a number of different parts of the campus and learnt important information about pathways for getting into University. The group are all feeling very inspired and dreaming big about their futures ✨
