🌸 International Women’s Day 🌸
Today, we celebrate the incredible women who are the heart of In4care.
From our dedicated support workers, coordinators and leaders — your compassion, strength and kindness shape the lives of the people we support every single day. You show up with patience, empathy and genuine care, often going above and beyond to make others feel safe, valued and empowered.
We also honour the women we support — your resilience, individuality and courage inspire us daily. You remind us that every woman’s journey is unique, and that strength comes in many forms.
At In4care, we are proud to be a workplace powered by women who lift others up, advocate for inclusion, and create meaningful change through care and connection.
💜 Happy International Women’s Day — today we celebrate you 💜

At In4Care, our focus is always on our clients and making sure they feel safe, supported, and respected.
That’s why we make proper staff training a priority, working closely with our Registered Nurse to ensure our team has the right skills and knowledge. This includes safe manual handling, so our clients are supported in a way that protects their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
When our staff are well trained and confident, our clients receive better care. For us, it’s about doing things properly and making sure every person we support gets the best care possible.

Client Testimonial – Tasha
At In4Care, we are proud to support Tasha and value the positive feedback she has shared about her experience with our service. Tasha has told us that she enjoys being supported by In4Care because “the staff are kind, respectful, and genuinely care about my wellbeing.” Hearing that our team “take the time to listen to me, understand my needs, and support me in a way that helps me feel comfortable and supported” reflects the person-centred values we strive to uphold every day.
Tasha has also shared how important it is for her to be encouraged to engage with the community. She appreciates that our staff “help me get out and socialise, and encourage me to do things that sometimes make me feel anxious,” supporting her to build confidence while feeling safe and respected.
When receiving support, Tasha enjoys a variety of meaningful activities. She has shared that her support workers take her fishing, do “lots of cooking,” and spend time doing “arts and craft activities.” She also enjoys “going out to see animals” and especially loves “going on trips out of town seeing places that I don’t get to see often.”
We are grateful that Tasha has trusted In4Care to support her and are committed to continuing to provide compassionate, respectful, and individualised support that enhances her wellbeing and quality of life.

🌿 A Big Goodbye (and an Even Bigger Congratulations) to Alice!) 🌿

Our beautiful Alice is finishing up at In4care, and while we’re all going to miss her like crazy, we’re also so excited for the next chapter she’s stepping into.
Alice has been with us for 2.5 years, and it has genuinely been such a pleasure having her as part of our team. During that time, she has completed her nursing studies while working here at In4care, and we couldn’t be prouder of how hard she has worked to get to where she is now. Balancing study, placement, and work is no small thing, and she handled it with so much dedication and grace.
Now she’s off to chase her dream job as a registered nurse and honestly, it suits her perfectly. Sunshine, salt air, and a career she’s always wanted.
Alice has been such a blessing to our clients and our team. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She always showed up with kindness, patience, and that calming, gentle nature that made everyone feel safe and supported. She’s made a real and lasting impact here.
We’ll miss her smile, her warmth, her reliability, and her way of brightening even the busiest days. But more than anything, we’re just so incredibly happy for her.
Alice — thank you for everything over the last 2.5 years.
You deserve this opportunity so much.
Enjoy the beach, enjoy the nursing life, and go be amazing (like you always are).
With lots of love,
All of us at In4care 🤍✨
