We're Hiring: Trainee Client Coordinator (Business Administration)

Riverina Hand Therapy is on the lookout for a Trainee Client Coordinator to join our front desk team in Wagga Wagga. This is a full-time position and includes the opportunity to complete a traineeship in Business Administration.
About the Role
As our Client Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand that keeps our clinic running smoothly. You’ll support both our clients and our therapists by:
🖐Managing client bookings and appointment changes
🖐Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service
🖐Preparing documents, emails, and client forms
🖐Supporting the therapists with daily tasks
🖐Handling billing, payments and client records
🖐Keeping the front of house space tidy, professional and welcoming
This role is a perfect fit if you're someone who enjoys being organised, loves helping people, and thrives in a team environment. We will also ensure you have paid time at work to complete your studies for your Business Administration certificate.
Who We’re Looking For
You might be:
👍Finishing school and ready to start a meaningful career
👍Coming from retail or hospitality and craving weekdays only
👍Already working in admin but ready for something more purpose-driven
You don’t need prior admin experience—we’ll teach you what you need to know. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
