I have a confession. I find joy in the mundane. Why? Is it because I love and enjoy what I do so much, that the mundane becomes like an integration of energy I put out, to then fill my cup in the simple things? Maybe..the essence of yoga teaches us to do no harm, to not steal, lie, overdo or possess. These teachings have become a part of me. In my dedication and devotion to the practics, I've forgotten to extend the fun and joy I get from sharing many things yoga, to my down time aswell. Bring on 2026, so much fun to be had. 🩷🌼✨️

A gathering with Kaz to reawaken and connect to spirit.
Spirit is calling.
Spirit wants to be felt, seen, witnessed, heard. To emerge, to guide us through life. To guide us through life's challenges, with lightness, ease, and authenticity.
This gathering will be a celebration. A reconnection with spirit and the love within you. To invoke what lights you up. To remember the love within you, that is within us all. Through sharing circle and connection, heart opening yoga, Yoga Nidra focused on the air element, intuitive movement and cacao, this gathering will ignite the joy and love within to deepen connection to spirit and divine love.

Namaste - the divine/light/beauty/spirit within me, recognises/honours/sees/connects with the same within you.
Often heard at the end (sometimes beginning of a class) Namaste is an acknowledgement to the above mentioned, perhaps the teachers, lessons, lineages, from where all yogic teachings and traditions come from.
And each teachers acknowledgement will vary based on one's interpretation of these ancient traditions. There's no right or wrong. But a quiet respect and reverence that we're all here to share, from one teacher to another.

Yoga nidra or yogic sleep, is a deeply nourishing experience practised lying comfortably in savasana, where the body is guided into conscious rest & relaxation.

Through a carefully structured meditation, and through the channel of hearing, awareness is progressively drawn inwards, and we find ourselves resting somewhere between wakefulness and the dream state. As the breath becomes quiet and the body still, the conscious and unconscious aspects of the mind begin to reveal themselves. Assisting with the softening of muscular, mental and emotional tension, yoga nidra is deeply soothing for the body, mind and nervous system.

This is the practice of withdrawing the senses known as Pratyahara. "Praty" meaning to move or withdraw, "ahara" meaning nourishment or food. So, Pratyahara is the drawing of the senses away from their natural tendencies towards overstimulation. Pratyahara is an aspect of the eight limbed body of yoga as mentioned in Patanjalis yoga sutras.

During this 4 week series, we will explore the 5 states and tendencies of the mind followed by the practice of yoga nidra.

No previous experience necessary. All are welcome.

Masculine and feminine energies are everywhere. Within all of us, regardless of the gender we identify with. The energies of Masculine - hot, sun yang, striving, thinking, active, doing, and the Feminine - cool, moon, yin, allowing, feeling, passive, being, (and so many more) are constantly present. These polarities are present within every relationship we have, how we show up to the work we do, and form the foundation of our true nature. Because we are nature 💛

Realisation-you can dot the "i's" and cross the "t's". You can line your ducks in a row or wait for the planets to align. You can have all the things, but still be seeking.
Stop seeking, stop pushing, be still, allow, be and witness all as it is. 💛✨️
