One thing that always surprises me is just how much people are quietly suffering every single day.
This year I supported individuals living with ongoing bloating and IBS-type symptoms, chronic constipation, relentless fatigue, hormonal issues, fertility, PMS + PMDD, painful or irregular cycles, heavy periods, perimenopause symptoms, skin flares, recurrent infections, post-viral fatigue, arthritis, chronic pain, gallbladder concerns, reflux issues, sleep disruption, nervous system dysregulation and stress, cortisol issues, thyroid conditions, insulin resistance, stubborn weight, anxiety, low mood, brain fog, and many more patterns that affect daily quality of life.
Many had been told their tests were “normal”, yet they were pushing through work, relationships, parenting, and life while feeling anything but okay.
My role as a practitioner is not to rush, label, or minimise. It’s to offer a safe space to be heard, to help decode what your symptoms are actually telling us, and to support you in navigating the most appropriate next steps forward, at a pace that feels manageable.
I’m always humbled by the trust people place in me when they share their health experiences. Being beside clients, listening, and offering the knowledge I’ve built through years of study and clinical work is a privilege I don’t take lightly.
If you’ve been living with symptoms that are wearing you down, 2026 can be a year of support, clarity, and feeling not just fine, but truly well.
