On behalf of Kosta Claus, and his Merry Crew of Elves, we would like to wish our entire Kostas Crew Family an Amazing Christmas and a Safe New Year. It has been a Huge year for our Crew and we have loved being a small part of each person's journey.

To the best Disability Support Team in the business, we Love and Appreciate you all so much. Could not exist without you all.

Our "Getting After it" Tuesday group smashed Frisbee Golf this week. If your looking for a free (need your own frisbees), fun and high energy outdoor activity this is a super cool option!

One year today we lost "Our" Lauren. We think of her and her young family often. Has definitely left a hole in our world. Just a reminder to embrace life to its fullest. Live for today, not tomorrow!

Can't thank the crew at Fight Militia-Academy Erini and Rudy Ramirez enough. Once again they went all out to help train and advance the skill set of our "Top Ranked" Jason Martinez . The thoughtfulness, welcoming and friendship you guys show, is so appreciated. Till next time.

Super cool and proud night at the Rotary Club "Shine" awards tonight. Two of our Crew, Bailey and Will received awards recognising their work/work experience and commitment to it. "Kostas Crew" also received an award for the work we do with our Crew members in getting employment, as well as providing work experience and employment. Super proud.

2 years ago today, I made the decision to formally move into the world of Disability support, with the establishment of Kostas Crew. To say that this time has been a journey, is an understatement. Whilst not without its challenges, this has been the most rewarding, soulfilling and gratifying journey of my life.

The amazing crew members that we have been blessed to work with, parents/family members, support co-ordinators, plan manager's and so many other people from our community. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine our little world would grow to where it is today (and still growing).

None of this would have been possible without the most amazing team of support workers, I have had the privilege to work with. You guys are true professionals and Truly my work family!

Here's to another Huge year making sure that our number one priority is delivering for our crew members, each and every day!
