Super cool and proud night at the Rotary Club "Shine" awards tonight. Two of our Crew, Bailey and Will received awards recognising their work/work experience and commitment to it. "Kostas Crew" also received an award for the work we do with our Crew members in getting employment, as well as providing work experience and employment. Super proud.

2 years ago today, I made the decision to formally move into the world of Disability support, with the establishment of Kostas Crew. To say that this time has been a journey, is an understatement. Whilst not without its challenges, this has been the most rewarding, soulfilling and gratifying journey of my life.

The amazing crew members that we have been blessed to work with, parents/family members, support co-ordinators, plan manager's and so many other people from our community. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine our little world would grow to where it is today (and still growing).

None of this would have been possible without the most amazing team of support workers, I have had the privilege to work with. You guys are true professionals and Truly my work family!

Here's to another Huge year making sure that our number one priority is delivering for our crew members, each and every day!

On behalf of the whole Kosta's Crew team, we would like to wish all our Crew members and their families, an Amazing Christmas and Fantastic New Years.

It has been a massive 2024 in our world. We have had so many good news stories, in terms of the gains and achievements that our Crew members have experienced. We have also experienced some significant loss. We look forward to 2025 and continuing to help support our Crew members in achieving their various goals. Thank you to also to all of the support co-ordinators, plan mangers and other industry specialists who help our world happen.

To my work Family, thank you for the never ending support, love and care you show our crew members, each other and especially, me. We would not be where we are today with each and every one of you.

Merry Christmas All.

Massive Thumbs Up to several business houses, who have come on board to help make tomorrow's Free Christmas Lunch Happen:
- Liam Hannigan and the Crew at South Wagga Butchery, helping out with the meat
- Wayne Poulos and Brent Doven from Ezy Fresh donating all the potatoes
- Karene from Faith Cookies, for donating a heap of Christmas Cookies,
And,
The guys from By the Bidge coffee trailer, who will offering free coffees as well

It is selfless acts like these that are the true meaning of Christmas.

We will be cooking up a storm at Industry33 , 33 Dobney Ave from 11am tomorrow morning, for whoever needs a hand this Christmas!
