National Advance Care Planning Week is coming up on 16 to 22 March. This week is all about helping people across our region think about, discuss, and document their future health care wishes.
Advance care planning ensures your values and preferences are known if there ever comes a time you cannot speak for yourself. It can reduce stress for families and help health professionals provide care that aligns with what matters most to you.
MLHD is hosting a series of free community workshops and webinars across the Murrumbidgee, along with dedicated sessions for health professionals.
