What is Chinese Medicine?
It’s a form of healthcare that looks at how your body is functioning as a whole.
In a consult, Dr Jesse Georgiadis doesn’t just focus on one symptom, he also looks at things like your sleep, digestion, stress and energy. He may check your pulse and look at your tongue to build a clearer picture of what’s going on.
From there, treatment might include acupuncture, cupping, guasha, Moxa, or herbs, depending on what you need.
It’s commonly used for things like pain and injuries, but also for digestion (IBS), hormonal changes (perimenopause, fertility support), headaches, fatigue, stress, and nervous system-related issues; and a lot more than people expect.
It’s a very individual approach, two people with the same issue can be treated completely differently.
If you’ve ever felt like your body’s a bit out of sync, this is another way of approaching it.
If this sounds like something you’d like to explore, you can book in with Dr Jesse
