I often get told - I wish I’d done a scan earlier.
If you have commenced a health & fitness journey or just set a new goal, it’s worthwhile having a comprehensive Inbody scan to check your progress. Being able to look at your body as a whole can help with your nutrition and exercise plan.

Carmen & the team at Tumbarumba Gym have the all the tools & equipment to help you achieve your health & fitness goals. With the detailed information from your Inbody 570 scan to check your body’s mineral levels. What many of us don't know is that strong muscles lead to strong bones.

The higher the mineral content, the denser and stronger your bones are and the less likely they are to break easily.

InBody570 analyses two groups of minerals:
Osseous mineral- bone mineral, accounts for about 80% of the body's total minerals.
Non-osseous minerals- found in all other parts of the body.

Mineral mass is closely related to soft lean mass. If you have more lean mass, the weight of bones strengthen which in turn, increases the bone mineral.

“Loss of muscle with aging can limit people’s ability to function in their home environment and live independently,” Kohrt says.
