We’re so excited about our final Total Wellness Immersion for the year, happening tomorrow – Saturday, 30th November, 9am-12pm!

It’s been an incredible journey since our first session on the first day of Winter, and we’ve been running one each month since (except for September when I was injured). Chris and I are passionate about creating an amazing experience filled with fun, connection, and stepping outside your comfort zone – because that’s where the growth happens!

Many of our participants have made cold water therapy a regular part of their routine and are reaping the benefits. It’s amazing to see how it’s helping people improve resilience, boost energy, and enhance their overall wellbeing.

We’re also thrilled to welcome a special guest tomorrow – Jana, a fellow breathworker who will bring her love and passion for breathwork to the experience. It’s going to be a powerful session!
