Many parents tell us that convincing their teens to adopt sun safe practices is hard. We know that teens are more likely to be influenced by their peers, and this event helps train young people to positively influence others for good.

Get to know Dr Sam!
Did you know Dr Sam Saling will be visiting our clinic from Sydney regularly to help see patients with dermatology concerns? Dr Sam is a specialist GP with specific interest and training in dermatology.
We thought we’d get to know her better with a rapid fire of questions 😝

1. What is your favourite part of being a doctor?

🔥 It is a privilege to look after my patients and follow their journey through life. I especially love seeing the results of my treatment plans, not just regarding physical signs but improved confidence and self esteem too

2. What’s one thing you love to do outside of work ?

🔥 I love to bake (when time allows!)

3. What’s a skin health tip you wish everyone knew?

🔥 Moisturise your skin as often as possible. Restoring the skin barrier is key to good skin health.

Sam is a Sydney based specialist GP with additional training and experience in managing skin conditions and general dermatology.

She will be visiting the practice monthly to help play a vital role in managing medical skin conditions in our region. We know it is hard to get timely help if you’re suffering from these conditions, so we hope we can make great use of Dr Salings passion and expertise in this area.
