🏠 Safe Haven Griffith is opening its doors for an open house and everyone is welcome.

Safe Haven provides free, walk-in mental health support for people feeling distressed or having thoughts of su***de. No referral needed. You can just show up.

Murrumbidgee Hearing Voices Groups – Expressions of Interest Now Open!

Do you have a lived experience of hearing voices or sounds, seeing visions, or perceiving things that others may not? Would you like to support others with similar experiences in your community?

The Hearing Voices Project Team are looking for people with lived experience to co-lead new Hearing Voices Support Groups across the Murrumbidgee region.

Our participants turned the Recovery Unit into a pizzeria today 🍕 From kneading dough to piling on toppings, they made authentic pizzas from scratch and the end result was just as delicious as the fun they had making them!
