Are you afraid of 'fat"?
There are fats that are good for you and those that are not.
Unfortunately advertising has led us to believe that butter is bad for us and margarine with all its additives is better, same as artificial sweetners being better than "real" sugars!
Carbs are bad for you, eggs will give you cholesterol.... the list goes on 🙄
Sure refined carbs like those found in doughnuts are not your friend, but complex ones like those in broccoli are. (along with vitamins and minerals in broccoli)
Real butter, avocado, eggs, sea salt (not table 🤢) ground black pepper on sourdough bread.....Real food!
Full of fat, carbs and protein, vitamins and minerals!
Our bodies need fat, especially our brains.... choose your fat wisely!
