Our girl turned one this week š¤ The excitement of her growing is met with the grief of letting go of little versions of her. I wish time could stand still for just a little while so I could soak it all in some more.

In yoga, practice does not make perfect, practice creates more practice. The only time we ever āarriveā anywhere is when we are born on this earth. Thereās no destination, arrival point, full stop in lifeās journey. The feeling like you need to be achieving or fulfilling all of the time leads to nowhere and suffering. We are all students of life. Gentle endings become gentle new beginnings, donāt rush them, honour the current and move with the waves. Everything we need is already inside of us.
