🧡 Position Description: Support Worker (NDIS Clients)
Location: NSW – Riverina Region (Wagga Wagga, Leeton, Narrandera & surrounds)
Employer: Embrace Care Solutions
Employment Type: Casual

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Genuine compassion and commitment to person-centred care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written
- Strong time management, organisation, and attention to detail
- Flexibility and reliability
- Proficient English (spoken)

📝 Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (preferred)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

💰 Pay Rates
- Weekday Rate: $43.23/hour + 12% super
Casual rates under SCHADS Level 2.1

Are you a compassionate and reliable support worker looking to make a real impact?

Embrace Care Solutions is currently inviting Expressions of Interest from dedicated female support workers to provide individualised support for NDIS participants in the community.

Whether you’re experienced or just starting your journey in disability services, we’d love to hear from you.

💼 What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient English communication skills
- Empathy and a person-centred approach
- Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities
- Availability for flexible shifts (including mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Qualifications or lived experience in disability support (highly regarded)
