Embrace Care Solutions is seeking expressions of interest from Registered Nurses for casual work starting January 2026, supporting clients with Home Care Packages across Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas.

📍 Location: Wagga Wagga & surrounds
📅 Start Date: January 2026
🕒 Hours: Casual, flexible scheduling
💼 Client Base: Older Australians and NDIS participants
💰 Pay: Above award rates, based on experience

Your Role Includes:
- Providing clinical care in clients’ homes (e.g. wound care, medication management, assessments)
- Collaborating with support workers and allied health teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards

You’ll Bring:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care, disability, or community nursing
- Strong communication and cultural sensitivity
- A commitment to dignity, independence, and holistic care

💼 We’re Hiring: Psychosocial Recovery Coach (Casual)

📍 Location: Wagga Wagga NSW & Riverina Region

Are you passionate about empowering individuals with psychosocial disability to take control of their journey? Embrace Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate Psychosocial Recovery Coach to join our supportive team in a casual capacity across Wagga Wagga and surrounding communities.

💰 Hourly Rate: $45 to $48 per hour (plus 12% superannuation)

🌱 What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with participants to set and achieve recovery-focused goals
• Use assessment tools to monitor growth throughout their journey
• Educate individuals on their rights, responsibilities, and feedback opportunities
• Connect participants with mental health services, NDIS supports, and community resources
• Advocate with and on behalf of participants as needed
• Build strong networks with families, service providers, and community supports
• Maintain professional documentation in line with NDIS guidelines
• Participate in professional development, team activities, and organisational processes
• Perform additional duties as required

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Minimum Requirements
• Certificate IV in Mental Health, OR
• Lived experience of mental health recovery, OR
• 2+ years paid experience in mental health support

✔️ Additional Criteria
• Currently living or working in Wagga Wagga NSW with strong knowledge of services in the Riverina
• Experience in psychosocial recovery coaching
• Deep understanding of NDIS guidelines, Code of Conduct, and Practice Standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Commitment to trauma-informed and person-centred care
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance, and Working with Children Check
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable, safe, clean, and insured personal vehicle
