Last night we had the privilege of facilitating an Endometriosis Awareness Workshop at the Wagga Women's Health Centre Inc. and generously funded by Women in Business Wagga Wagga Inc and what an inspiring evening it was. đź’›

The room was filled with incredible women who showed up with openness, courage and a genuine willingness to share their experiences. The discussion was rich, thoughtful and deeply engaging. Women spoke about their journeys, challenges, coping strategies and the importance of feeling heard and supported.

The aim of the workshop was to increase understanding of endometriosis while exploring the psychosocial impacts that often accompany this condition. Together we discussed ways to build support, strengthen wellbeing and reduce the sense of isolation that many women living with endometriosis experience.

March is dedicated to Endometriosis Awareness, and moments like this remind us how powerful community conversations can be. When women come together to learn, share and support one another, meaningful change begins to happen. 🌼

We look forward to continuing to facilitate similar psycho-education workshops in regional and rural communities, supporting women through awareness, connection and practical strategies. This commitment sits at the heart of our social enterprise — working toward equity, support and stronger wellbeing for women in our communities.

Thank you to the wonderful women who attended and contributed so generously to the conversation. Your voices matter.

Endometriosis Awareness Month 🌼

March is here — and so is Endometriosis Awareness Month. 💛✨

Today, we shine a light on a condition that affects 1 in 10 women and people assigned female at birth, yet so often goes misunderstood, dismissed, or left undiagnosed for years.

Endometriosis is more than “bad period pain.”
It can impact daily life, emotional wellbeing, relationships, fertility, energy — every part of a person’s world.

This month, let’s honour the courage of those living with endometriosis, amplify their stories, and advocate for earlier diagnosis, compassionate care, and better support in our communities.

đź’› Raising awareness matters.
đź’› Support reduces isolation.
đź’› Education empowers change.

If you or someone you love is living with endometriosis, you are not alone — and your experience is valid.
Let’s keep the conversations going, not just in March, but all year round.

Women’s Health in Regional Communities Matters 🌸

Living in a regional area comes with many strengths — connection, resilience, community. But when it comes to women’s health, access to specialised, timely, and confidential support can sometimes feel limited.

At Embrace Care Solutions, we understand the unique challenges women face outside metropolitan areas — whether it’s navigating fertility journeys, perimenopause and menopause, reproductive health decisions, relationship changes, mental load, burnout, or simply not feeling heard in the healthcare system.

Women in regional communities often:
• Put their own health last
• Travel long distances for specialist care
• Struggle to find safe spaces to talk openly
• Feel isolated in experiences that are actually very common

You are not alone. And support should not depend on your postcode.

We provide women’s health counselling and support services both face-to-face and via telehealth, creating a safe, confidential space to explore what’s happening for you — physically, emotionally, and relationally.

Let’s keep the conversation going.
What women’s health topics do you feel aren’t talked about enough in regional communities?

Last night’s Menopause Workshop was such a powerful and heart-warming evening. Thank you to every community member who came along, shared openly, listened deeply, and held space for one another. Your presence turned the room into a circle of support, strength, and wisdom.

A huge thank-you to our funding body, Women in Business Wagga Wagga Inc for believing in the importance of women’s health education, and to our wonderful collaborators at Wagga Women's Health Centre Inc. for walking alongside us in this work.

Workshops like these matter deeply in regional communities. With limited local services—especially around psychosocial wellbeing during significant life transitions such as menopause—it becomes even more important to create safe, accessible spaces where women can learn, connect, and feel supported.

I’m so grateful we could bring this conversation to Wagga, and I’m hopeful for many more opportunities to support women through this important phase of life.

Thank you again to everyone who made this evening so meaningful. đź’›
