We are pleased to share that we are now accredited in mediation and we expanding the services offered through Embrace Care Solutions.

This step strengthens our commitment to supporting women—particularly those in regional and rural communities, and from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds—to access fair, respectful, and culturally responsive pathways for resolving conflict.

Through mediation, we now offer a safe and structured space to navigate a range of non-family disputes, including NDIS related disputes, workplace concerns, community and organisational conflicts, neighbourhood matters, and interpersonal disputes. Our approach is grounded in empathy, empowerment, and a deep understanding of the unique barriers many women face in accessing support services.

At Embrace Care Solutions, mediation is not just about resolving issues—it’s about restoring voice, building confidence, and creating sustainable outcomes that respect each person’s context and lived experience.

If you or your organisation are seeking a thoughtful, culturally sensitive mediation service in a regional setting, we welcome the opportunity to connect: adminEmbrace Care Solutions.com.au

Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of connecting with the passionate local founders of social enterprise Growers Hub Riverina and the CEO of Social Enterprise Council of NSW & ACT (SECNA) — and I walked away feeling genuinely inspired. ✨

At Embrace Care Solutions, these conversations remind me why social enterprise is such a vital part of our communities. We are not just businesses — we are purpose-driven organisations working to create equity, access, and opportunity for the people who need it most.

Sharing stories, challenges, and vision with fellow changemakers reinforced the collective power we hold when we work together. Social enterprises play a unique role in addressing gaps, uplifting overlooked communities, and driving sustainable, community-centred impact.

We are grateful for the encouragement and insight shared today, and proud of the work we continue to do through Embrace Care Solutions — especially in supporting women from CALD and regional backgrounds to access the care, education, and advocacy they deserve.

Looking forward to building stronger partnerships and contributing even more to our regional social enterprise ecosystem. Together, we’re shaping a fairer and more inclusive future.

At Embrace Care Solutions, Easter is about slowing down, reconnecting, and giving back. For our team, the long weekend is a moment to reset so we can return refreshed and ready to support our community. We hope you find a moment of calm and joy this weekend too.

Today is World Autism Awareness Day 💙🌏

At Embrace Care Solutions, we celebrate the unique strengths, perspectives, and talents of individuals on the autism spectrum.

As a social enterprise and registered NDIS provider, we are committed to delivering compassionate psychosocial support for individuals aged 7 and above—supporting each person to build confidence, develop skills, and thrive in their own way.

We believe that understanding, acceptance, and inclusion start with all of us. Let’s continue to create a community where every individual feels seen, valued, and supported.

💬 Support. Inclusion. Empowerment.

Last night we had the privilege of facilitating an Endometriosis Awareness Workshop at the Wagga Women's Health Centre Inc. and generously funded by Women in Business Wagga Wagga Inc and what an inspiring evening it was. 💛

The room was filled with incredible women who showed up with openness, courage and a genuine willingness to share their experiences. The discussion was rich, thoughtful and deeply engaging. Women spoke about their journeys, challenges, coping strategies and the importance of feeling heard and supported.

The aim of the workshop was to increase understanding of endometriosis while exploring the psychosocial impacts that often accompany this condition. Together we discussed ways to build support, strengthen wellbeing and reduce the sense of isolation that many women living with endometriosis experience.

March is dedicated to Endometriosis Awareness, and moments like this remind us how powerful community conversations can be. When women come together to learn, share and support one another, meaningful change begins to happen. 🌼

We look forward to continuing to facilitate similar psycho-education workshops in regional and rural communities, supporting women through awareness, connection and practical strategies. This commitment sits at the heart of our social enterprise — working toward equity, support and stronger wellbeing for women in our communities.

Thank you to the wonderful women who attended and contributed so generously to the conversation. Your voices matter.

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day 💜

At Embrace Care Solutions, we recognise the strength, resilience and leadership of women in our communities. As a social enterprise, we are committed to supporting women and advocating for equity, access and social justice for all.

Every day we work alongside women from diverse backgrounds to create opportunities, remove barriers and promote wellbeing, inclusion and empowerment.

On this International Women’s Day, we celebrate the achievements of women and renew our commitment to building a community where every woman is heard, supported and valued.

Together, we continue the work toward a more just and equitable society.

Endometriosis Awareness Month 🌼

March is here — and so is Endometriosis Awareness Month. 💛✨

Today, we shine a light on a condition that affects 1 in 10 women and people assigned female at birth, yet so often goes misunderstood, dismissed, or left undiagnosed for years.

Endometriosis is more than “bad period pain.”
It can impact daily life, emotional wellbeing, relationships, fertility, energy — every part of a person’s world.

This month, let’s honour the courage of those living with endometriosis, amplify their stories, and advocate for earlier diagnosis, compassionate care, and better support in our communities.

💛 Raising awareness matters.
💛 Support reduces isolation.
💛 Education empowers change.

If you or someone you love is living with endometriosis, you are not alone — and your experience is valid.
Let’s keep the conversations going, not just in March, but all year round.
